The winners of the 22nd Nikkan Sports Film Awards were announced on Friday. Miwa Nishikawa's "Dear Doctor" picked up a total of four prizes, including Best Director and Best Picture. She is now the first woman to win Best Director in these awards.

"Dear Doctor" is Nishikawa's third feature-length film, after "Hebi Ichigo" (2002) and "Yureru" (2006). It features Tsurube Shofukutei (57) in his first starring movie role, playing a remote town's only doctor, who turns out to be a fake. Shofukutei was chosen as Best Actor for his performance, while Kimiko Yo (53) was named Best Supporting Actress for her role as a nurse.

Takako Matsu (32) earned Best Actress for Kichitaro Negishi's "Viyon no Tsuma." Tomokazu Miura (57) received Best Supporting Actor for Setsuro Wakamatsu's "Shizumanu Taiyo."

Best Newcomer went to Masaki Okada (20), who starred in five films within the past year, including "Juryoku Pierrot" and "Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu."

The Yujiro Ishihara Award was given to "Tsurugidake: Ten no Ki," directed by Daisaku Kimura.

The second ending theme for Inu Yasha's final act, "Diamond" by alan. Diamond is expected to be released as a single but there has been no official confirmation yet.

Kanjani8 is going release three albums 'GIFT～白[white]～', 'GIFT～赤[red]～', 'GIFT～緑[green]～' each on sale on December 23rd, 24th and 25th. Before the 23rd, album jacket won't be released to public. Now the temporary jacket is set to be "NOW PRINTING". It's not only on the internet but also all the posters, television programs, and CD shops who get no information about the new jacket. The reason is the three albums are supposed to be the Christmas gift from Kanjani∞ to their fans. It would be a surprise if fans can found the new jacket on the release day. So all the jacket could be seen after the first album 'GIFT～白[white]～' released! Isn't it an exciting Christmas gift？Now a Christmas decoration tree of them is displaying before the Laforet Harajuku. Let's enjoy the coming Christmas with Kanjani∞ together!

Today is the first anniversary of passing of the Patriarch Alexiy II. He was a wonderful person. Such bright, sunny, kind, intelligent, and truly honest, fair and just people are extremely rare. Me and all my family will always remember him with love and gratitude.

Оппозиционная Демократическая прогрессивная партия отвоевала уезд Илань по результатам "тройных выборов" в местные органы власти. Пожалуй, это основная сенсация выборов, прошедших сегодня по всему Тайваню, за исключением уездов и городов Тайбэй, Тайчжун, Тайнань и Гаосюн.

Партия Гоминьдан потеряла уезд Хуалянь, где победил независимый кандидат, получив взамен уезды Ляньцзян и Цзиньмэнь.

В остальном всё осталось так же. Гоминьдан празднует победу, ДПП, в целом, тоже радуется - за Илань, позорно проигранный 4 года назад.

В одной из тем поднимался вопрос об айтишниках на Мальте. Может, кто-то помнит или есть какая-то информация.
Как сейчас на Мальте с вакансиями в этой области? И вообще, программисты с Мальты, отзовитесь, как вам там живется?

На днях антивирус Аваст начал ругаться при запуске словаря Яркси. Появилось сообщение, что приложение содержит троян и предложение удалить зараженное приложение. При попытке скачать дистрибутив с "Виртуальных суси" антивирус сообщает, что сам дистрибутив заражен трояном. До этого я пользовался данным словарем около трех лет и никаких выкрутасов не случалось. Вопрос к участникам сообщества и самому автору - как это предотвратить? :)
